Capability / Service Delivery Manager
Responsible for the leadership of multiple application development and support functions, leveraged across several platinum accounts: Rolls-Royce, BAE and Smart DCC. People management of multiple application support teams: HR governance, annual goal setting, performance management, financial planning and recruitment.
Ensuring capabilities work towards our service line and wider organisational goals — achieving availability, service SLAs, reducing outages and optimising IT solutions through continuous service improvement; and working with account management to ensure key production environment (KPE) systems are well understood and availability compromises are handled optimally, avoiding associated penalties.
